Chase is a lovely, sound
dog with both pointed and finished offspring.
"Chase" came to me as a very young puppy through the generosity of Marilyn
Marlow of Cameo
Shelties. I am extremely thankful to Marilyn for entrusting me
with this precious treasure.
"Chase" started his conformation career off in style at the tender age of
six months and five days old when he won his first point. Not only did
"Chase" start in style, but he also finished his AKC conformation championship
in style.
"Chase" finished with a three-point major on Saturday, November 27, 2004.
The Saturday before, "Chase" acquired a three-point major going Best of Breed
over three specials. Then on Sunday, he went Best of Winners. So, at
three straight shows in two consecutive weekends of showing, "Chase" acquired
his final eight points to finish.
Even though "Chase" has been shown
sparingly since completing his AKC championship, he has still garnered numerous
Best of Breed wins and even a Best in Specialty Show win.
In addition to being a multiple
AKC Best of
Breed winner, "Chase" has even taken a UKC Best in Show!
"Chase" already has several pointed offspring--one
having already completed her conformation championship!
It is a delight to see that "Chase" is passing on his quality to his offspring.
Many of his offspring are just now reaching the age where they are starting to be
shown. It will be exciting to see his offspring mature.
